Publishing Standards

Ethics Statement

The International Journal of Technology, Humanities and Management (IJTHM) is firmly committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct throughout the publication process.

All authors, editors, reviewers, and contributors are expected to adhere to principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability in line with international best practices.

01 Responsibilities of Authors

Authors submitting to IJTHM must ensure their work is original, accurate, and free from plagiarism. All sources must be properly cited. Manuscripts must not be simultaneously submitted to or published in another journal.

If the research involves human participants or animals, ethical approval must be obtained from the relevant institutions, and documented evidence of consent or approval should be included upon request.

Authorship should be limited to those who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research. All listed authors must approve the final version and agree to its submission.

02 Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers must provide fair, objective, and timely evaluations. They should maintain strict confidentiality, refrain from using any information gained through the review process for personal advantage, and declare any conflicts of interest.

Constructive and respectful feedback should be provided to help authors improve their work. Reviewers are encouraged to point out any ethical concerns, such as suspected plagiarism or data fabrication, to the editors.

03 Editorial Responsibilities

Editors are responsible for overseeing the peer review process and ensuring that every manuscript is evaluated based on its academic merit without discrimination. Editors maintain the confidentiality of all submissions.

In cases where ethical concerns arise, editors may consult the editorial board and, if necessary, take corrective actions including issuing corrections or retractions.

Misconduct and Corrections

IJTHM takes all forms of academic misconduct seriously. If errors, ethical breaches, or instances of misconduct are discovered, the journal will act swiftly to correct the literature, including issuing retractions when appropriate. Authors are expected to cooperate fully with any investigations.

Language & Accessibility

Authors are responsible for ensuring that manuscripts are written clearly and professionally in English. Authors are encouraged to ensure language accuracy prior to submission.
