Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript to IJTHM, please ensure the following items have been completed.

The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal.

A blinded version of the manuscript (with no author names or affiliations) and a separate title page with author information is also included.

A cover letter is submitted alongside the manuscript. It should briefly introduce your manuscript, explains its significance, and highlights its contribution to the field.

The manuscript is formatted according to IJTHM's guidelines, including use of APA 7th edition citation style, consistent headings, and appropriate use of language.

The manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

Review Process and Decision Timeline

All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review by at least 2 experts. Authors will receive an initial decision within 20 – 30 days of reviewer assignment.

Authors are expected to address all reviewers' comments point by point when resubmitting a revised manuscript, preferably in the same email thread. Major revisions may undergo a second round of peer review.

The entire process (review, revision, approval) may take up to 6 months.
